Position Info

ACES, Incorporated is looking for system engineers (SE) to join our growing cadre of professionals in designing, developing and enhancing complex software systems. Our engineers play a key role in the product development, from concept to launch, wearing many hats providing growth opportunities in many areas. As part of a small, agile team, your job responsibilities include supporting the development of user and system requirements, concept of operations, system architecture; leading system design, planning; documenting all aspects of SE work; overall responsibility for interacting with the Government regarding technical considerations and guiding system development and implementation.

Requirements Summary

Level 2 requires 14 years experience as a SE, 5 years additional experience required in lieu of Bachelor s degree. At least 10 years in TechSIGINT. 
Level 3 requires 20 years experience as a SE, 5 years years additional experience required in lieu of Bachelor s degree. At least 12 years in TechSIGINT. 
Developing System Engineering Plans, Concept of Operations, Requirements Specs, Interface Control Documents 
Requirements Management and derive lower-level requirements from higher-level allocated requirement 
Participate in Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities 
Support and lead Architecture and Design Solutions 
Define methods, processes, and evaluation criteria by which systems, subsystems and work products are verified against their requirements 
Support Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) 
Implement SOA solutions 
Generate DoDAF artifacts 
Support certification and accreditation (C&A) processes 

Desired Skills (not all skills below are applicable to all positions) 
Multiple years experience in Cloud Technologies 
Ozone Widget Framework 
Experience with aircraft calibration and calibration files 
Processing of locational and track data 
Midas, Martes/Willow 
Signal Scan Modeling and Curve Fitting
