Position Info

Candidates must have TS/SCI with CI Poly (FS Poly Preferred) and possess current and have a current PMI-PMP certification or FAC-P/PM Mid-level in Program Management


Description of Position

ACES, Incorporated is looking for program managers(PM) to lead our growing cadre of professionals in designing, developing and enhancing complex software systems. Our Program Managers play a key role in our success in executing each mission and are rewarded for optimal performance. Job responsibilities include responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. The PM will serve as the focal point for the contractor team and with the Government, while contributing in schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance. The PM must have effective communication skills to direct the technical personnel and report on progress and issues.

Requirements Summary

Required Skills

  • TS/SCI DoD clearance with CI Poly (FS Poly Preferred)
  • 3 years of TechSIGINT experience supporting DoD programs
  • 10 years of experience as a program or project manager
  • Must have demonstrated experience performing resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring
  • Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis
  • Must have 1 year of experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex mechanisms such as Earned Value Management.
  • Shall be knowledgeable in the guidelines of the FAR, DFAR, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
  • Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity
  • Experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
  • Must have a PMP certification or FAC-P/PM Mid-level in Program Management
  • Must have 3 years of experience in national and tactical production of SIGINT.
  • Experience with Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
  • Experience managing program or project risks and application of appropriate mitigations.
